Our team

At École Jeannine Manuel, we are lucky to have a truly exceptional international and multicultural team. Working at École Jeannine Manuel means adhering to its mission, bringing to life its vision, and being fully engaged in fostering innovation. The quality of our staff and of their initiatives allow us to continually provide students with a unique and excellent education.

Collaborative work and transversal initiatives

All members of our pedagogical team work closely together with their colleagues in their respective departments to determine curriculum content for all year groups. This facilitates the permanent and constant exchange of ideas and best practices in the classroom. Year-round transversal initiatives, whether by grade level or department, are an essential part of our school’s approach to learning and stimulate the creativity of both teachers and students.

Professional development

The school supports and encourages the professional development of all team members. With the support of the Jeannine Manuel Foundation, our staff are able to participate in international conferences, meet and exchange with experts in the field, and continually learn new skills and ideas that benefit their own teaching. The monthly pedagogical forum encourages teachers to learn from and exchange ideas with their peers.

A culture of trust and wellbeing

The wellbeing and safety of our students is a priority for all staff at École Jeannine Manuel. The school regularly updates its policies that clearly outlines guidelines for both staff and students in resolving potential issues and conflicts: Child protection and safer recruitment policy, Anti-bullying and Anti-discrimination…Both staff and students receive training in these policies. The school teaches and encourages wellbeing, resilience, as well as positive behavior within the school community. We firmly believe that a culture of trust and wellbeing for our staff is essential to providing students with a quality education.
